Education:
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting & Information System

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting

  • CACC or ICMA will get Advantage.

Skills Required: Accounting Data Entry,Accounting Software,Accounts and Finance,Accounts Payable Receivable,Bank Reconciliation,Tally ERP 9

Additional Requirements:
  • Age At least 25 years
  • Technical: Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally) and advanced Excel skills.

  • Analytical: Strong financial analysis, problem-solving, and analytical thinking abilities.

  • Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills to explain financial information to non-financial stakeholders.

  • Organizational: High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

  • Leadership: Ability to manage and guide a team of accounting and finance staff.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Financial reporting and analysis: Prepare and review monthly management accounts, financial statements (like balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements), and MIS reports. Analyze variances between budgets and actual expenses.

  • Budgeting and forecasting: Assist in developing annual budgets and preparing project budgets and revisions.

  • General ledger and transactions: Oversee the day-to-day processing of financial transactions, including maintaining ledgers, processing payments, and reconciling control accounts.

  • Compliance and audit: Ensure compliance with financial regulations and assist in both internal and external audits. Coordinate with auditors to address queries and implement necessary corrections.

  • Cash management and payroll: Manage cash flow, vendor payments, and payroll administration, ensuring timely and accurate processing of salaries, benefits, and expenses.

  • Record-keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including fixed asset registers and petty cash.

  • Team support: Provide financial guidance to colleagues, manage the finance team, and report to senior management.
