SKRP Group is one of the largest ELECTRICAL & ELECTRONICS group of companies in Bangladesh. We have our own brand "NT-Blue Ray" as well as some world-renowned brand-authorized dealers in Bangladesh. Now we are looking for some dynamic, self-motivated Territory Sales Managers (TSM) who can develop & lead their team to manage marketing team of SKRP Electrical and Electronics Ltd. and SKRP Renewable Energy Ltd.
Should be capable of selling Electrical items and also Fans, Cables, switches, lights solar water purifiers, etc.
Meet monthly sales & collection according to the company policy.
Follow marketing activities as per company policy.
Set sales targets plan accordingly and take initiatives to hit the target.
Regular follow-up with existing / potential new clients.
Build a strong rapport with customers.
Visit the market, hunt new clients & dealers, and act to create new market opportunities, and report to the Regional Sales Manager regularly.
Responsible for collection and product delivery promptly.
Increase sales by developing new parties.
Regularly check & monitor the parties on credit accounts and act to drive the credit collection.
Visit the assigned dealers/party areas per the route plan.
Conduct market surveys for data collection to develop new products or increase the product line.
