Responsibilities & Context:
∎ 1.Maintain records-soft copy/ hard copy of payroll documentation and transactions.
∎ 2. Prepare the final payment file for disbursement.
∎ 3. Maintain and approve management level employees leave applications.
∎ 4. Process special leave procedure (Privilege leave, Earn leave, Maternity, etc.).
∎ 5. Manage miscellaneous perks and benefits of management level employees.
∎ 6. Support HR managers by providing data & HR information in their strategic decision-making process.
∎ 7. Submit monthly manpower status with disbursed salary comparison.
∎ 8. Prepare and check monthly salary & compile and collate outstanding salary if any.
