Job Responsibilities:
∎ Analyze efficiency, internal error percentage of the teammates and find out the root cause to develop and improve the process
∎ Check, Verify & analyze marker in time of marker making , how to minimize fabric wastage so that marker efficiency is increased.
∎ SMV Calculation, Skill matrix database makes, WIP monitoring in cutting ,sewing and finishing.
∎ Auditing activity material movement system, on time Delivery, Slow-moving & non-moving Items, process lose %, Order wise Excess materials by Physical Inventory Monthly.
∎ Order wise pre and post costing check and calculate profitability
∎ Must have good knowledge on woven garments overall process.
∎ Review different department operational process, Identify & assess the risk, drawback of operation and report to management.
∎ Must have good knowledge about GSM, Color fastness, Diameter, Shrinkage, spirally, strength, TPT, NPT, Bottle neck point.
∎ Monitoring time, capacity, production study and operators skill.
∎ Analyze time & motion study, Idle man and machine regular basis.
∎ Style/job wise order closing report and calculate process loss.
∎ Must have good knowledge about develop audit parameter
∎ Good interpersonal and communication skill with management.
∎ Any other assignment given by the top management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The Applicant must have experience in Garments factory.
∎ Willing to live and work in factory premises at Hotapara, Gazipur.
∎ Performance oriented initiative to take actions for overcoming obstacles and problems.
∎ ERP based (Production software) working experience get preference.
∎ Good coordination and cooperation with internal and external parties for the project or problem in the whole process.
