Responsibilities & Context:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Manager / Assistant Manager - Distributor in a 100% Export Oriented Sweater Manufacturing Factory.
Job location will be Jamgora, Ashulia, Savar.
Receive bundles (panels, pieces, finished parts) from the previous section.
Distribute bundles correctly to operators or next workstations.
Ensure no bundle is missing, mixed, or damaged.
Maintain bundle card, size, shade, gauge, and quantity records.
Update daily distribution log sheet.
Monitor WIP (Work in Progress) and report shortages, if any.
Maintain smooth workflow between knitting, linking, trimming, washing, and finishing sections.
Inform supervisor about any delay, quality issue, or bottleneck.
Ensure correct pieces reach correct operators without shade or style mix-up.
Follow factory rules, compliance guidelines, and safety instructions.
Coordinate with operator, QC, line chief, and production team.
Return completed bundles to the next section with proper documentation.
Any other tasks as assigned by the management.
