Responsibilities & Context:
- Manage documents related to the sales procedure including PI, LC, Shipping documents, bank documents etc.
- Identify customer needs and coordinate with relevant internal teams to fulfil the same and establishing new business relationships with potential customers and maintaining sound relationships with existing customers.
- Maintain smooth communication with internal & external customers.
- Regular visits to customers/ liaise with the correct personnel to make sure the growth of the business.
- To assist performing market analysis and research on the latest trends.
- To support marketing campaign planning and execution
- To perform a monthly marketing plan for next month.
- To ensure an effective market visit for the proper execution of marketing activities.
- To prepare & monitor lead reports.
