Strong leadership, problem-solving, and finishing process management skills.
Responsibilities & Context:
Job Responsibilities (Summary):
To manage and oversee finishing operations from sewing handover to final shipment.
To plan, allocate, and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly production targets to ensure on-time shipment.
To ensure inline, pre-final, and final finishing processes meet required quality standards.
To coordinate with sewing, washing, store, merchandising, and management to resolve operational issues.
To monitor wash-goods discrepancies, accessories shortages, housekeeping, and finishing line performance.
To supervise, guide, and evaluate finishing team members and in-charges.
To prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly production and delivery reports to the concerned authority.
To participate in shipment review and production meetings and ensure execution of agreed plans.
To ensure 100% quality of finished goods and compliance with factory rules and policies.
To perform any other tasks and responsibilities assigned by the management.
