Education:
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering
Bachelor’s degree from any discipline.
Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering will be given preference.

- Must have experience working in Textile / Garments / Manufacturing factories.
- Practical experience: Minimum 5–12 years in Apparel Merchandising, including at least 2–3 years in product development and a team leader role.
Special Requirements:
- Strong experience in Bags, Backpacks, Car & Cycle Accessories (Car cover, Bike cover, Cycle cover).
- Must be able to independently handle Lidl product categories.
- Strong fabric sourcing knowledge, especially import fabric sourcing.
- Excellent command over English (written & spoken), good email etiquette, and good computer literacy.
Responsibilities & Context:
- Account Management
- Manage customer accounts from product development and sampling to shipment and payment realization.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth daily operations and timely execution.
- Ethics & Business Conduct
- Maintain ethical behavior and ensure all actions align with the company’s values and business practices.
- Order Management & Execution
- Prepare and monitor the Time & Action (T&A) calendar with management and buyers.
- Ensure timely sample development, approvals, and bulk production as per buyer requirements.
- Plan production schedules with factories to meet shipment deadlines.
- Monitor daily production and coordinate with QA/QC teams for inspections and on-time shipment.
- Ensure all materials (fabrics & accessories, nominated and non-nominated) arrive with correct lead times.
- Production Optimization
- Analyze sewing, cutting, and finishing processes to improve productivity.
- Develop and implement proper workflow and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Identify production bottlenecks and recommend solutions.
- Efficiency Monitoring
- Track line efficiency and operator performance.
- Implement performance improvement plans and arrange training where needed.
- Use KPIs to measure and report production performance.
