Skills Required:
Additional Requirements:
- Age 28 to 50 years
- Minimum 8–12 years experience in woven garments (Bottom & Top)
- Must have experience handling different international customers/buyers
- Strong technical experience in Pattern, CAD (Gemini X22) and Sample Development
- Expert understanding of woven garments construction, patterns, grading & fitting
- Strong leadership, communication & coordination skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Updated knowledge about buyer technical standards
Responsibilities & Context:
- Lead and manage the Sample Section, CAD Section & Pattern Department.
- Ensure accurate pattern making, grading, marker planning, and sample development as per buyer tech pack & measurement sheet.
- Work with multiple international buyers and understand their technical requirements.
- Check pattern accuracy, fitting issues, consumption, and ensure production-friendly patterns.
- Monitor CAD operations including marker efficiency and fabric utilization.
- Ensure timely development of Proto, Fit, PP & Size-set samples.
- Provide technical guidance to pattern masters, CAD operators & sample men.
- Maintain coordination with Merchandising, Cutting, Sewing & Production teams.
- Review buyer comments, correct patterns accordingly, and ensure perfect sample submission.
- Maintain proper documentation, workflow planning and daily reporting.
