Must be proficient and fluent in English.
Ability to work under pressure.
Must have excellent computer operating skill, particularly in MS Word, Excel and Power Point.
Ensure pre- production activities like as 3P check list, critical process training & critical Machine set.
Ensure proper line balancing and capacity of the line.
Make paper layout & visual layout before 3 days of line layout.
Make capacity graph & balance the graph properly & ensure line capacity as per plan.
Finding out the bottleneck point & ensure removal of bottleneck by using Motion study, Method study, Capacity study & Workplace arrangement.
Evaluating new operator skill and taking interview.
Automation & Innovation & work for sustaining work simplification & SMV reduce.
Reduce COT as per target plan & lead the team to achieve the COT target.
Ensure & work for reduce NPT in all surrounding areas.
Ensure & utilization of Man, Machine & Materials & reduce cost by using IE tools.
Skill development of Operators and supervisors & ensure skill Matrix of each operators.
Identify the training needs of the employees and get them trained as like as supervisors & line
