Experience:

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering

• Review all tech pack and identify critical process and design issues need to make issue log

• Arrange risk assessment meeting with all relevant parties before make pattern and costing

• Knowledge about Pattern, Pattern alterations, Grading, Identifying Blocks for initial developments

• Make sure pattern is developed as the specification and material and fabrics behavior

• Review hard pattern with finalize spec and sewing allowance before proceed sewing

• Knowledge of Garments way, Grain Line, Priority Point, Stripe Matching and Mirror Matching

• Knowledge of Cup, Wire and Split chart Development

• Critical path- Monitoring, maintaining & Flexible time Management

• Maintaining KPIs Development, Fit, CS and PP Sampling

• Knowledge of Sewing Machine types, Seam types, Construction methods and identify difficulties

• Introducing new technology & method, Sample development to increase efficiency & product quality.

• Follow up during sample at sewing time and Provide technical solution to sewing team leader & sample maker

• Check the dummy fitting and take photo and create sample review sheet, Fit log and review photos with customer.

• Physically sample review with buying technical team

• Knowledge of Prints, Heat Seal, Fusing, Embroidery, Laser cut etc.

• Ability of effective Communication - with Internal/External parties to get the sample fittings approval

• Make sure size set and bulk pattern accuracy and issue on time to bulk team

• Attend Visual PP meeting and share buyer sealing comments for better and smooth production
