Responsibilities & Context:

Job Context:

Responsible for creating innovative, market-driven apparel designs and managing the complete design process from concept to final styling for existing clients of the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the design process from concept development to final styling.
• Develop seasonal designs and collections for all existing clients.
• Research fashion trends, fabrics, colors, and techniques.
• Collaborate with buyers’ designers, in-house design, R&D, and marketing teams.
• Prepare sketches, specifications, and development packages.
• Select fabrics, trims, colors, and materials suitable for production.
• Develop samples, review fit, and modify designs as required.
• Support costing, pattern, and sample development for mass production.
• Present designs and samples to management, agents, and buyers.
• Provide training to R&D, sample, and related teams and support design studio development.
• Attend fashion shows and market research activities when required.
• Perform any other duties assigned by management.
