• Strong knowledge of merchandising operations, bulk production follow-up, shipment management, and buyer communication.

• Good understanding of garment manufacturing processes and critical path management.

• Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.

Bengal Hurricane Group is looking for a dynamic and experienced Merchandiser to join our Knit Garments team. We are seeking a proactive professional who can independently manage orders from development to shipment while ensuring smooth coordination with buyers and internal departments.

1. Handle bulk order follow-up and execution.

2. Coordinate with production, planning, sourcing, quality, and commercial teams.

3. Monitor order status to ensure on-time shipment.

4. Follow up on raw materials, trims, accessories, and production progress.

5. Maintain effective communication with buyers regarding order updates.

6. Prepare and review T&A calendars and shipment schedules.

7. Resolve order-related issues and ensure customer satisfaction.

8. Ensure compliance with buyer requirements and company standards.
