At Bengal Hurricane Group, the Executive/ Sr. Executive Central Planning role ensures a smooth and efficient production flow across the knit garments operations. The person will develop and maintain the master production plan, allocate orders based on capacity and line availability, monitor critical paths, and coordinate with relevant teams to ensure on-time shipment. This role is crucial for optimizing resources, preventing bottlenecks, and supporting management with accurate planning data.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain the master production plan from order allocation to shipment.

• Prepare capacity planning based on factory resources (manpower, machine, and line availability).

• Allocate styles/orders to production units ensuring optimal utilization of resources.

• Prepare and update line loading plans to balance production flow.

• Monitor critical path activities and track progress against shipment deadlines.

• Coordinate with merchandising, production, IE, fabric sourcing, and finishing teams to ensure alignment with the central plan.

• Analyze production performance against plan and highlight gaps to management.

• Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly planning reports and dashboards.

• Support management in forecasting, order booking analysis, and capacity negotiation with buyers.

• Identify risks or bottlenecks in advance and suggest corrective actions.
