• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering

• Age 28 to 35 years
• Only Male

• Strong understanding of Efficiency, SMV calculation, line balancing, and garment manufacturing processes;

• Basic knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles;

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills;

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and production analysis tools;

• Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced production environment;

• Effective communication skills in Bengali and English.

• Assist to prepare the layout of man, machine and materials to achieve maximum efficiency and productivity.

• Prepared the accurate garments manufacturing cost for woven items.

• Monitor daily production efficiency and take necessary corrective actions.

• Assist to apply statistical methods and perform mathematical calculations to determine manufacturing process, manpower requirements as per standards.

• Time study, capacity study and follow study of the running style and setting up the line target and help to achieve.

• Preparing operating breakdown.

• Assist in SMV (Standard Minute Value) calculation & target set-up.

• Motion and line balancing – based on capacity and WIP (Work In Progress) in the line.

• Work with production personnel to establish best practices.

• Conduct skill test for all workers.

• Plan and set up target on daily and weekly basis.

• Ensure various system implementations to minimize cost and increase efficiency of factory.

• Co-ordinate with production, merchandising department for smooth production.
