• Strong experience in print-based marketing is mandatory.

• In-depth knowledge of garment printing processes.

• Excellent buyer communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Proven ability to source orders independently.

• Strong coordination skills with production, sampling, and quality teams.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.

• Proficiency in MS Office and reporting.

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to source garment printing orders.
• Communicate and coordinate with buyers and internal production teams to ensure customer requirements.
• Prepare price quotations, conduct negotiations, and confirm orders.
• Follow up on sampling, order confirmation, production progress, and delivery schedules.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.
• Handle buyer complaints, ensure customer satisfaction, and prepare sales reports.
• Represent the factory in buyer meetings, trade fairs, and exhibitions.
• Ensure a clear understanding of buyer quality standards and compliance requirements.
• Maintain strong relationships with local and international buyers.
• Promote and market printing-based products and services.
