• Strong technical knowledge of garment printing & colour management.

• Practical experience in screen printing, colour matching, and shade control.

• Knowledge of printing chemicals, inks, and screen setup.

• Ability to handle bulk production under pressure.

• Good coordination and communication skills.

• Experience in a garment printing or textile printing industry is mandatory.

We are looking for an experienced Technical Colour professional for a garment printing factory who has strong hands-on knowledge of printing processes, colour management, screen setup, and chemical handling. The role focuses on production planning, quality control, and on-time printing output.

• Plan, supervise, and control daily garment printing operations

• Ensure on-time printing output according to production schedule

• Monitor and maintain printing quality, colour accuracy, and consistency

• Ensure proper screen preparation, setup, and chemical usage

• Match buyer-approved samples and colour standards during bulk production

• Control and minimize printing wastage and production cost

• Coordinate closely with Production, Merchandising, QA, and Store teams

• Identify and resolve printing defects and technical issues
