Additional Requirements:
- Age At least 35 years
- Proven experience as a Pattern Master / Technician, especially in woven garments and denim.
- Strong knowledge of garment construction, fabric behavior, and pattern-making techniques.
- Leadership skills with experience managing a team.
- Attention to detail and ability to ensure high-quality output.Good communication and collaboration skills.
Responsibilities & Context:
- Lead and supervise the pattern-making team in the woven and denim sections.
- Develop, review, and approve patterns for woven garments and denim products.
- Ensure patterns meet quality standards and production requirements.
- Collaborate with merchandising, design, and production teams.
- Train and mentor junior pattern makers and technicians.
- Identify process improvements to optimize pattern development and reduce fabric wastage.
