• Proven expertise in warehouse operations with strong inventory control knowledge, accuracy in system/physical entries, and analytical reporting ability.

• Strong focus on on-time delivery, shipment management, and maintaining high operational efficiency.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills with the ability to make effective decisions.

• Demonstrated experience in manpower handling, team supervision, and staff competency development.

• Solid managerial and leadership capabilities with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/WMS software, with sound knowledge of warehouse safety standards and compliance practices

• Oversee all inbound and outbound operations of manual warehouses and export shipments.

• Ensure accuracy of inventory and maintain systematic stock records.

• Monitor material inflow, outflow, and internal warehouse movement.

• Implement and enforce SOPs, FIFO system, and 5S practices in warehouses.

• Monitor warehouse communication and ensure operational visibility.

• Troubleshoot problems related to inventory management and production support.

• Drive stock reduction and non-moving/dead stock identification programs.

• Plan and organize vehicles for daily export shipments and ex-factory operations.

• Lead daily stand-up meetings and ensure effective coordination among warehouse staff.

• Oversee receiving and issuing of materials/accessories as per purchase orders or requisitions.

• Coordinate with planning and procurement teams for reporting, material receipt.

• Assess staff performance, recommend training, and develop team competency.

• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly warehouse operation reports (stock, transactions, shipment, aged analysis, lead time, etc.).

• Conduct non-moving stock analysis and recommend action plans.

• Plan and execute yearly physical inventory counts in manual warehouses.
