Responsibilities & Context:
Responsible for increasing production efficiency with quality standards through developing the production processes.
Prepare and implement daily, weekly, and monthly knitting production plans according to order requirements.
Ensure knitting production and find out machine-wise productivity and efficiency.
Maintain fabric GSM, diameter, shrinkage, and other parameters as per buyer specifications.
Ensure yarn booking based on the R&D report and send to supply chain.
Maintain outside knitting program and arrange in-house fabric according to plan.
Manage yarn requisition, issue, and consumption records.
Control yarn wastage and monitor stock levels to ensure smooth production flow.
Ensure fabric in-house before batch.
Monitor machine utilization, energy consumption, and manpower efficiency.
Analyze production cost per kg and take corrective actions to reduce waste and cost.
Drive productivity improvement initiatives to achieve departmental KPIs.
