- Require vast knowledge on CFW for Inditex Buyer.
Responsibilities & Context:
Ensure proper chemical storage, labeling, secondary containment, and safe use.
Ensure Environment and chemical compliance of the internal activities according to the environment and chemical code of practice in Textile industry.
Ensure environmental health and safety requirements (chemicals)To collect all compliance certificate and guarantee letter from chemical suppliers
Conduct energy audit and energy management plan.
Conduct Internal environmental and Chemical Audit as per Code of Conduct to meet compliance and identify improvement area accordingly on regular basis against the NC and follow up the same with line managers of all departments to ensure that the expected compliance
Monitor and evaluate the environmental parameters as per DOE Standards & ECR-1997 & Buyer COC. To Ensure Corrective Action Plan if any kinds of NC Occurred.
Monitor the water consumption plan.
Monitor CETP Performance and liaison with the Department of Environment (DOE) and BEPZA on a regular basis to update Environment Clearance of Factory
Analyze MSDS with CAS, GHS pictogram, cross-check CAS in ZDHC MRSL and make sure that chemical and out of 11 priorities banned and restricted groups;
Ensure MSDS, labeling in chemical store, distribution sub-store, dyeing, printing, BEPZA CETP and all relevant applicable area;
To set Higg FEM, ISO 14001-2015 (EMS), GOTS,OCS, RCS, GRS, GTW, Detox, Clean-Chain, ZDHC gateway, DoE gateway, BVE3 & others environmental issues.
To implement EMS, EIA, EMP, CMP (Chemical Management Plan).
Any other task assign by management.
