Skills Required:
Additional Requirements:

Strong knowledge of chemical handling, yarn inventory, and ERP systems.
Good understanding of compliance, documentation, and audit requirements.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Knowledge of MSDS and chemical safety standards.
Experience in ERP systems (SAP / Oracle / Local ERP)
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Strong analytical and reporting skills
Responsibilities & Context:
1. Chemical Store Management:
Ensure proper receiving, storage, and issuance of all chemicals as per MSDS guidelines.
Maintain safety, labeling, and handling standards for hazardous materials.
Monitor chemical consumption and coordinate with production and lab teams.
Ensure FIFO/FEFO compliance for chemical usage.
2. Yarn Store Management:
Maintain accurate stock of yarn including count, lot, and shade-wise segregation.
Ensure proper storage conditions to prevent damage or contamination.
Coordinate with production planning for timely issuance.
Maintain yarn reconciliation and wastage control.
3. Inventory & Documentation:
Maintain real-time stock updates through ERP system.
Ensure all transactions are supported with proper documents and approvals.
Conduct regular stock verification and audits.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports.
4. Compliance & Control:
Follow company SOPs and internal control procedures.
Ensure no material movement without proper authorization.
Maintain coordination with Procurement, Production, and Accounts.
Ensure full CCTV coverage and security compliance in store areas.
