Experienced in similar role withing reputed woven garments manufacturing unit
Experienced in woven shirt and pant products with US-based customers.
Strong communication skills in written & spoken English & Bengali
Good knowledge in computer application packages (Especially in MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
Responsibilities & Context:
Conduct PP meetings and ensure proper execution of PP comments and buyer instructions on the production floor
Participate in pilot run activities to validate production readiness
Conduct inline, pre-final, and final inspections as per buyer standards
Ensure product quality compliance with customer requirements
Identify potential quality risks at early stages and prevent defect repetition
Monitor production quality and implement corrective and preventive actions
Coordinate with Production, Technical, QC, Merchandising, IE, and Washing teams to maintain quality alignment
Handle buyer quality issues and ensure timely corrective action follow-up
Support third-party and buyer inspections as required
Prepare, maintain, and report inspection results and QA documents to management
