Proven leadership experience in managing large-scale IE operations in reputed garment factories.
Strong communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
Responsibilities & Context:
Plan and manage capacity, efficiency, and productivity improvements to support company goals.
Establish and implement long-term and short-term strategies to drive performance improvement and manufacturing excellence.
Set, monitor, and analyze KPIs related to efficiency, productivity, and resource optimization.
Support top management with data-driven insights and reports for decision-making and strategic planning.
Evaluate factory layouts and recommend enhancements to improve workflow and efficiency.
Any other duties as assigned by management.
