• Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering / Apparel Manufacturing / Industrial Engineering or equivalent.

• Professional training in Garments Printing Technology will be an added advantage.

• Strong knowledge of knit fabrics and export-quality printing processes. Besides, should have well experience of Woven and Lingerie aslo.

• Sound understanding of buyer compliance, AQL standards, and chemical management.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight shipment deadlines.

A well-reputed Knit Composite Garments Manufacturing Company is looking for a competent and experienced individual to lead and manage all knit printing operations. The role is responsible for ensuring on-time, quality-driven, and cost-effective production while maintaining buyer compliance, safety standards, and continuous process improvement.

• Lead, motivate, and manage the knit printing team to ensure optimum production output, efficiency, and on-time delivery.
• Prepare and execute monthly printing production plans aligned with garments shipment schedules; review and adjust plans on a daily basis as required.
• Identify production bottlenecks and drive sustainable efficiency improvements using IE-based and Lean manufacturing concepts.
• Improve overall profitability by implementing cost-reduction initiatives and minimizing printing wastage.
• Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machinery, and production resources.
• Take overall responsibility for people management and process management within the printing unit.
• Ensure strong technical control and hands-on knowledge of Pigment, Reactive, Disperse, Discharge, Burnout, and Metallic printing processes.
• Ensure printing quality standards and compliance with buyer requirements and chemical restriction limits (RSL/MRSL) for reputed international buyers.
• Inspect and evaluate printed products in coordination with the Quality team to ensure print clarity, color accuracy, specification compliance, and defect control.
• Provide effective technical solutions to resolve printing challenges and control rejection during bulk production.
• Coordinate with Design, Sample, Color, Exposing, Planning, IE, QA, and Merchandising teams to resolve development and production issues.
• Implement quality and technical training programs for key manufacturing, quality personnel, and relevant supply chain partners.
• Prepare and submit monthly production performance and efficiency reports to Management.
• Ensure proper implementation of the factory grievance handling system in compliance with Bangladesh Labor Law.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Head of Department (HOD).
