We are seeking skilled and experienced professionals for our Active Wear divisions to strengthen product development, technical execution, pattern engineering, and wash quality. Candidates must have strong technical expertise, product knowledge, and the ability to meet buyer standards from development to production.

• Develop and execute technical processes for active wear products including leggings, sports bras, jackets, and performance wear.

• Analyze tech packs, measurements, construction details, and fit requirements.

• Support sample development, troubleshooting, and process improvement.

• Ensure proper sewing construction, seam performance, and product functionality.

• Coordinate with merchandising, IE, quality, and production teams.

• Follow buyer specifications and ensure product consistency.
