Skills Required: Kaizen,Lean Management,Root Cause Analysis,woven quality

Additional Requirements:
  • 10–15 years of experience in QA within the woven garments industry.

  • Minimum 3–5 years in a senior leadership role (DGM/GM/ Head level).

  • Strong experience in woven products (especially bottoms and shirts preferred).

  • Experience with international buyers and export-oriented factories.



Responsibilities & Context:

A leading export-oriented garments manufacturing group is looking for an experienced and dynamic professional to lead the Quality Assurance function of its woven division. The role requires strong leadership to ensure product quality, buyer compliance, and continuous improvement across all production stages.

  • Lead overall QA operations for woven garment production (shirt, pants, jackets, etc.).

  • Ensure implementation of quality systems, SOPs, and inspection procedures.

  • Maintain compliance with buyer requirements, AQL standards, and technical specifications.

  • Monitor inline, end-line, and final inspection activities to ensure defect-free shipment.

  • Coordinate with production, IE, and merchandising teams to resolve quality issues.

  • Handle buyer inspections, third-party audits, and quality-related communications.

  • Analyze root causes of defects and implement CAPA (Corrective & Preventive Actions).

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce rejection and improve efficiency.

  • Lead, train, and develop QA team members and set departmental KPIs.

  • Ensure proper quality documentation, reporting, and data analysis.
