Experience Requirements
15–18 years of experience in garments Marketing
Minimum 5-8 years in a senior managerial role
Qualified expatriate candidates with relevant experience are encouraged to apply
Strong experience in Knit garments only
Experience with reputed buyers and international market exposure
Additional Requirements
Strong knowledge of buyer sourcing and marketing strategy
Expertise in costing, consumption, and product feasibility
In-depth knowledge of yarn, knitting, dyeing, finishing, and knit production
Sound knowledge of logistics and commercial processes

Job Context
We are looking for a highly experienced and result-driven Sr. Manager – Marketing & Merchandising to lead our marketing and merchandising functions. The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in business development and order execution for Knit garments with the ability to handle international buyers and drive business growth. Candidates must have ready connections with renowned international buyers and a proven track record of growing business volume.
Job Responsibilities
Lead buyer sourcing, development, and relationship management
Identify new business opportunities and expand buyer portfolio
Handle price negotiation, costing, and order confirmation
Oversee end-to-end merchandising process from development to shipment
Ensure accurate costing, consumption, and pricing for all products
Manage sourcing of fabrics, yarn, trims, and accessories
Coordinate with production, IE, QA, and commercial teams
Monitor T&A plan and ensure on-time shipment
Analyze market trends and support product development strategy
Lead and develop merchandising team to achieve business targets
