Experience:

• 10 to 15 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile, Buying House, Group of Companies

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Fashion Designing
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering

• Age 30 to 40 years

• Strong knowledge of knit apparel product development from concept stage to final production.

• Must have hands-on experience in both- Apparel manufacturing factory & Sourcing / buying office

• Proven experience in team leadership and people management.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong presentation skills for buyer meetings and internal product presentations.

• Good sourcing knowledge of fabrics, trims, accessories, and garment components.

• Ability to work closely with buyers, merchandising, sourcing, sampling, and production teams.

• Strong understanding of garment construction, fit, wash, print, and embellishment techniques.

• Capable of independently handling seasonal developments and critical timelines.

• Good understanding of market trends, fashion forecasting, and commercial product direction.

• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, MS Office, and presentation tools.

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability.

• Ability to manage multiple developments and work effectively under pressure.

• Good command of written and spoken English.
