Job Context
A reputed group of industries (500W TMT ROD, FAN, GI & MS PIPE Products) will be appointed as divisional sales manager in reputed company of Bangladesh. All candidate companies are requested to submit application form as per rules/requirements.
Job Responsibilities
Ensure achievement of pre-settled sales target, collection, and IMS.
Ensure realization of 100% receivables/credit related to primary sales.
Supervise & coordinate the activities of TSM/Distributor.
Monitor and guide the activities of Depots (company-owned) if any.
Explore the new markets in favor of the company to increase sales volume.
Visit every market to identify and solve market-related problems.
Train the sales forces in product knowledge and professional skill development.
Provide regular feedback to the sales personnel as well as to the supervisor.
