Responsibilities & Context:
  • The Business Coordinator to Chairman will manage the Chairman’s schedule, meetings, and travel while ensuring smooth coordination of daily business activities. The role will liaise with government officials, external stakeholders, and internal management, and handle protocol management, visa processing, and VIP arrangements to support the Chairman’s strategic priorities.  

  • Manage and organize the Chairman’s daily schedule, appointments, meetings, and travel plans to ensure optimal time utilization.

  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, including preparation of agendas, documentation, and follow-up on action items.

  • Ensure effective execution of business plans and priorities as directed by the Chairman, with timely updates and progress tracking.

  • Maintain protocol management for VIP engagements, official visits, and high-level meetings.

  • Handle visa processing, travel documentation, and VIP pass arrangements in compliance with regulatory requirements.

  • Liaise with government officials, regulatory bodies, and external stakeholders to facilitate business operations and official matters.

  • Collaborate with internal departments and senior management to align activities with the Chairman’s directives.

  • Monitor confidential correspondence, reports, and communications on behalf of the Chairman.

  • Ensure proper documentation, record keeping, and follow-up of key decisions and commitments.

  • Support administrative and coordination tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the Chairman’s office.
