We are seeking a disciplined and strategic Manager - Security to lead the protective operations for a reputed Group of Industries in Dhaka. The ideal candidate will leverage a blend of military tactical experience and corporate administrative expertise to safeguard assets, personnel, and infrastructure. This role demands a proactive leader capable of designing robust security protocols, managing crisis situations, and maintaining seamless liaison with law enforcement agencies.

• Lead full Security team

• Develop and implement security policies, SOPs, and emergency response plans

• Manage and train internal and outsourced security teams for 24/7 protection

• Conduct risk assessments and security audits to prevent potential threats

• Supervise CCTV, access control, and fire safety systems

• Handle investigations and prepare incident reports

• Maintain liaison with law enforcement and government agencies

• Oversee visitor management, material movement, and VIP security
