Experience:

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering / Mechatronics Engineering.

• Technical certification in CNC machine operation or maintenance will be an added advantage.

• Strong knowledge of CNC molding machines and maintenance.

• Knowledge of PLC, servo systems, sensors, pneumatic & hydraulic systems.

• Ability to read technical drawings and machine manuals.

• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• Basic computer knowledge for maintenance reporting.

• Teamwork and communication skills.

• Operate and maintain CNC molding machines efficiently.

• Perform troubleshooting and repair of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues.

• Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance of molding machines and auxiliary equipment.

• Set up machine parameters according to production requirements.

• Monitor machine performance and ensure minimum downtime.

• Ensure product quality by maintaining accurate machine settings and calibration.

• Support production team during machine setup, mold changing, and trial runs.

• Maintain proper maintenance records, checklists, and reports.

• Coordinate with production and quality departments for smooth operations.

• Ensure workplace safety and compliance with company policies.

• Handle emergency machine breakdowns effectively.

• Maintain spare parts inventory and report requirements to management.
