Experience:
BBA or Equivalent degree from any reputed University.
PGD in Compliance will get preference.
At least 2 years proven experience in Compliance Department in Garments sector.
Candidate having experience in handling GOTS, OEKO-TEX, OCS, INDITEX, SLCP, BSCI audit will get preference.
Honest, dynamic, dedicated and responsible individuals are desired in the company.

We are looking for interested candidates as Manager/Deputy Manager/Assistant Manager who has initiative, experience in following sector, drive and self-motivation to take challenge to deliver high quality results.
Job Responsibilities
To develop and implement an effective legal compliance policy.
To evaluate business activities to assess compliance risk.
To initiate Health & safety activities.
To carry out regular compliance audit in the Business Unit and put-up recommendations, follow-up for implementation and provide reports thereof.
To provide compliance training to the concern staff as and when required.
To develop and maintain up-to-date knowledge and skills on compliance affairs in the buyers' world.
To collaborate with external auditors when needed.
To handle compliance issues as per local law & buyer's COC and meet up the requirements of Buyer's, auditors to comply always.
To maintain the proper compliance guide line & local laws to sustain as best complaint organization to local authority & customers.
To monitor compliance certification and handle audit requirements like BSCI, OEKO-TEX, Inditex, OCS, GOTS, BSCI, GRS, RCS etc. and work with their CAP timely
To be responsible for the day-to-day operation of Compliance Department.
Make internal audit plan, conduct internal audit and time to time report to the top management regarding the improvement of the system.
To prepare and organize the factories according to buyer's standards.
To ensure license acquisition & renewal of license as well as liaison with government office
Formulate standard compliance manual(s) for the entire sister concern of Ahmed Group Textile Division and update on an on-going basis.
Prepare and update assessment of labour laws' requirement from compliance point of view.
Prepare appropriate training material and impart training for induction as well as periodical training on safety including fire drills and all ethical and social issues and maintain records thereof.
Any other tasks assigned by the management.
