Responsibilities & Context:

• To prepare monthly, weekly, and daily production plans based on buyer orders and shipment schedules.

• Allocate production capacity according to factory capability and line efficiency.

• To analyze order quantity,SAM,machine availability,and manpower before planning.

• Coordinate with procurement, store, and merchandising departments to ensure timely availability of Fabrics,Trims,Accessories,Packing materials.

• Ensure shipment targets are achieved as per buyer deadline.

• Track order status from cutting to finishing and shipment.

• Conduct regular meetings with production, IE, QA, and merchandising teams.

• Generate KPI reports related to Efficiency,Delivery performance,Capacity utilization,Production achievement.

• To develop backup plans for machine breakdowns, absenteeism, or material shortages.

• Introduce planning tools and systems for better production visibility.
