• Use CLO 3D to create accurate 3D garment simulations for apparel development. Core Item are Mens Underwear, T Shirts and PJ Set

• Collaborate with design teams in Denmark to develop 3D virtual garments aligned with buyer requirements.

• Coordinate with Denmark-based designers on style development, fit comments, colorways, and virtual sample approvals.

• Convert 2D patterns into 3D virtual samples and ensure fit, drape, and construction are realistic.

• Work closely with Browzwear / CLO / CAD teams, pattern makers, and sample developers to reduce physical sampling.

• Develop virtual proto samples for buyer presentations and internal approvals.

• Check garment fit, measurements, fabric behavior, and trims in digital environment before physical sample making.

• Collaborate with merchandising, design, and production teams to shorten product development lead time.

• Support style development for knit, or intimate products depending on company category.

• Create avatar adjustments, fabric mapping, colorways, and rendering for customer presentations.

• Train junior designers or team members on 3D workflow and digital sample process.

• Maintain digital library of patterns, trims, fabrics, and approved garment assets.

• Coordinate with overseas buyers/brands for virtual sample review meetings.

• Help improve sustainability by reducing sample wastage and development time.
