Responsibilities & Context:
Plan Management: Plan and oversee daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules, coordinating with sample to ensure timely delivery.
Machine Operation & Maintenance: Oversee the operation of computerized embroidery machines, ensuring proper calibration and maintenance to minimize downtime.
Quality Control: Inspect embroidery quality, ensuring accuracy of logos, stitching, color choices, and fabric handling, and fix any quality issues.
Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and manage embroidery technicians and operators, including handling employee performance and scheduling.
Technical Support: Digitize and program designs using software and troubleshoot faulty machines.
Inventory & Supplies: Monitor and purchase essential materials like thread, backing, and bobbins.
