Position Overview

OCTOBER4128 (BD) Ltd. is looking for a competent and experienced Electrical Engineer for its factory project at Mirsharai Economic Zone. The candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating electrical, fire safety, and utility-related works during factory construction and operational setup. The ideal candidate should have strong practical knowledge of industrial compliance standards, factory safety systems, and infrastructure management.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise, and monitor all electrical engineering activities for the factory project.

• Design review, installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of electrical systems including HT/LT distribution, substation, generator, transformer, and panel systems.

• Ensure compliance with RSC requirements and other applicable factory compliance standards.

• Coordinate and supervise fire detection, fire protection, and fire suppression systems.

• Monitor plumbing and utility infrastructure works related to industrial operations.

• Work closely with contractors, consultants, compliance teams, and management during project execution.

• Prepare technical reports, BOQ, electrical load calculations, and project documentation.

• Ensure safety, preventive maintenance, and operational efficiency of all utility systems.

• Conduct inspections and resolve technical issues related to electrical and safety systems.

• Support factory readiness, audits, and regulatory inspections.

Required Expertise

The candidate must have sound practical knowledge and working experience in:

• RSC compliance requirements and remediation standards

• Fire Safety systems and industrial fire protection standards

• Plumbing systems for industrial/commercial facilities

• Electrical distribution systems and industrial utility management

• Generator, transformer, Low Tension panel, and substation operations

• Electrical drawing interpretation and project supervision

• Industrial safety standards and preventive maintenance practices

Required Experience

• Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in industrial/factory projects or manufacturing industries.

• Experience in garments/textile/compliance-based industries will be preferred.

• Experience working with factory construction or economic zone projects will be considered an advantage.
