• Must have strong working experience in handling NEXT Buyer independently.

• Experience in export-oriented knit garments factories will be given preference.

• Strong knowledge of knit garments merchandising operations.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Sound knowledge of costing, consumption, sourcing, and production follow-up.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

• Proficiency in ERP, MS Office, email communication, and merchandising software.

• Strong leadership and problem-solving ability.

• Fluent in English communication (written & spoken).

Job Context

Mitali Group is looking for highly experienced, dynamic, and self-motivated professionals for the position of Merchandiser / Sr. Merchandiser who are specialized in handling NEXT Buyer independently in a reputed knit garments industry.

Job Responsibilities

• Independently handle NEXT Buyer from product development to shipment.

• Maintain strong communication with buyers regarding order execution, development, approvals, and delivery schedules.

• Follow up on sampling, costing, order confirmation, production planning, and shipment status.

• Coordinate with production, planning, commercial, sourcing, QA, and factory teams to ensure timely execution.

• Prepare and negotiate costing sheets and price quotations.

• Monitor T&A (Time & Action) calendar and ensure on-time shipment.

• Handle fabric and trims sourcing with proper follow-up.

• Resolve merchandising and production-related issues efficiently.

• Maintain buyer satisfaction through professional communication and timely service.

• Prepare merchandising reports and order status updates for management.
