Previous experience in senior merchandising or marketing leadership roles is mandatory.
Strong knowledge of export-oriented knit garments business operations.

Job Responsibilities
Lead and manage the complete merchandising and marketing operations for NEXT Buyer.
Develop strong buyer relationships and ensure long-term business growth.
Handle order negotiation, costing, pricing strategy, and order execution independently.
Coordinate with buyers, factories, sourcing teams, commercial, QA, and management for smooth operations.
Ensure timely development, production follow-up, and shipment execution.
Monitor T&A plans and resolve critical production and merchandising issues.
Lead merchandising teams and provide strategic direction for operational efficiency.
Analyze market trends, product development opportunities, and buyer requirements.
Ensure profitability, order sustainability, and customer satisfaction.
Participate in business development and new order acquisition strategies.
Prepare management reports, forecasts, and merchandising performance analysis.
