Responsibilities & Context:
We are looking for:
An experienced and motivated Sales Manager, Someone with knowledge of the garment accessories / trims industry. A person who can develop new business and maintain strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop new customers in garment factories, buying houses, and sourcing offices
Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers
Follow up on new developments, inquiries, and bulk orders
Handle price discussions and negotiations with customers
Coordinate with internal teams or samples, pricing, production, and delivery
Understand customer requirements and communicate clearly with the team
Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets
Provide regular sales updates and market feedback to management
