Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Support Sales Team: Assist the sales team with day-to-day operations and administrative tasks.
∎ Coordinate Activities: Schedule and coordinate sales meetings with clients, calls, emails and presentations.
∎ Maintain Records: Keep accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and inquiries.
∎ Reporting: Prepare and distribute daily & weekly sales reports and performance.
∎ Customer Support: Handle customer inquiries and ensure excellent customer service.
∎
