Good knowledge of garment production processes Sewing and machine handling expertise Communication and presentation skills Leadership and motivational ability Problem-solving capability Basic reporting and documentation skills

• Provide training to sewing operators, quality inspectors, and production staff.

• Conduct orientation sewing training for newly recruited employees.

• Train workers on machine operation, sewing techniques, and production processes.

• Ensure workers understand Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

• Monitor operator performance and identify skill gaps.

• Arrange refresher training to improve efficiency and reduce defects.

• Teach quality standards and compliance requirements.

• Train employees on workplace safety, health, and fire prevention.

• Support line supervisors in achieving production targets.

• Prepare training schedules, attendance records, and evaluation reports.

• Evaluate trainee performance through practical assessments.

• Coordinate with HR and production departments regarding training needs.

• Help improve productivity, efficiency, and product quality.

• Ensure proper use and maintenance of machines and tools.

• Assist in implementing lean manufacturing or industrial engineering practices.

• Maintain discipline and encourage teamwork among workers.

• Provide coaching and motivation to low-performing operators.

Ensure compliance with buyer requirements and factory policies
