Experience:

• 3 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management
• Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HRM, Business Administration, or related discipline

• 3 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

• Age 25 to 35 years
• Only Male

• Sound knowledge of Bangladesh Labour Law and social compliance standards (BSCI, SEDEX, WRAP, Better Work etc.)

• Strong communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills

• Proficient in MS Office

• Maintain all HR documentation including employee records, attendance, leave, payroll coordination, and personnel files

• Implement and monitor HR policies, rules, and procedures

• Handle recruitment, onboarding, and employee orientation

• Support performance appraisal, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling

• Ensure compliance with Bangladesh Labour Law and factory regulations

• Ensure factory compliance with buyer codes of conduct, local labor laws, and social compliance standards

• Maintain and update compliance documents, licenses, and certificates

• Coordinate and prepare for buyer, third-party, and government audit

• Conduct internal audits and follow up on corrective action plans (CAP)

• Train workers and staff on compliance, code of conduct, fire safety, and workplace policies
