Experience:
Responsible for overall quality assurance for woven garments (Top & Bottom) Specially Top’s.
Ensure product quality as per customer quality standards (H&M, Next, Splash and etc) Setting QA team and target ensuring that targets are achieved.
Setting up and maintaining controls and documentation procedures. Ensure that tests and procedures are properly understood, carried out, evaluated, and investigated as needed to achieve desired results.
Review the current policies and improvise plans to improve the existing quality standards.
Should be special knowledge about Pitch diagrams on RCA /CAP; Problem-solving; 5 why; TQM; Histogram; QMS; Self-reliant etc.
Effective communication, report writing, Training & analytical skills. Should know about traffic light systems.
Work experience with IE, QMS, RQS, etc.
Develop, implement & manage the quality system of the company.
Based on customers quality requirements, establish and define all product quality standards under 2 categories: textile & apparel.
These standards have to be updated, documented & communicated to all stakeholders on a continuous basis.
Implement the necessary quality controls to guarantee the final products meet the customer’s quality standards.
Prepare & review the company quality policy system and manual SOPs.
Establish direct communication with buyers, quality team for manual exchange & problem resolution.
Define the duties & responsibilities of all quality control & quality assurance work force from operator to top management by promoting continuous improvement.
Train all quality departments to understand their job description & company expectation.
Define the cost of quality control & quality assurance especially assesses the added value of quality department to the final product.
Analyze the company’s quality KPIs and upgrade based on the Buyer requirements.
Review monthly KPI and communicate with concern for improvements needed.
Review the summary of Monthly quality performance reports and communicate with the department.
Continuous improvement on quality system & procedures.
Arrangement of managers/management meeting to convey any message from top management or any issues related to the company.
Follow up Annual performance appraisal for all employees of the company of quality department.
Prepare and manage the quality department budget.
Review the Quality Department Organization chart of the company.
Perform any others duty assigned by management.
