Responsibilities & Context:

Job Context

We are looking a dynamic and responsible "Executive-Sustainability” for our Paramount Textile PLC which is a sister concern of Paramount Group.

Job Responsibility

  1. Ensure full compliance with traceability and sustainability requirements throughout the supply chain, including yarn, grey fabric, dyes, chemicals, and finished goods.

  2. Maintain and monitor all sustainability-related documentation and records as per buyer and international standard requirements.

  3. Prepare, verify, and manage all types of Transaction Certificates (TC) under recognized sustainability standards such as Global Organic Textile Standard, Organic Content Standard, Recycled Claim Standard, and Global Recycled Standard.

  4. Ensure proper and accurate data entry of all certified materials, including yarn, grey fabric, dyes, and chemicals.

  5. Monitor and control material flow to maintain traceability integrity and avoid any mixing of certified and non-certified materials.

  6. Coordinate with commercial, store, procurement, production, and marketing departments to ensure compliance with sustainability and traceability standards.

  7. Support internal, buyer, and third-party audits by preparing required sustainability and traceability documentation.

  8. Prepare periodic reports on sustainability, traceability and certification status for management and buyers.

  9. Ensure compliance with buyer requirements, chemical management standards, and environmental regulations.
