Responsibilities & Context:
Comprehensive knowledge of weaving, knitting, dyeing, finishing processes, and various fabric types.
Lead overall fabric sales and marketing activities of the dyeing factory.
Develop sales strategies to achieve revenue and business growth targets.
Coordinate with knitting, dyeing, finishing, and planning teams to ensure on-time delivery.
Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis for management.
Ensure customer satisfaction, quality standards, and timely execution of all orders.
Explore new customers and expand market opportunities.
Lead and guide the sales and marketing team to achieve company goals.
