A reputed 100% export-oriented RMG Group is looking for a skilled AGM - Marketing & Merchandising for Knit Garments. As the AGM of Marketing & Merchandising, would involve overseeing the planning, execution, and evaluation of all marketing and merchandising activities of Knit Garments Export. This would require you to have a deep understanding of the factory`s products, customers, and competition, as well as the ability to lead and motivate a team of marketing and merchandising professionals.
Designing, implementing, and facilitating the annual marketing plan.
Ensure and supervise the Merchandising activities in order to achieve the monthly and yearly targets.
Conduct market analysis of new demand and marketing for newly designed products.
Ensure order processing, design development, costing, production, and product shipment on time as per order.
Negotiating the price and value of company products with buyers and finalizing orders.
Applicant must have sound knowledge about Knit Product costing & pricing process /Knowledge on sampling and Knit garments production;
Ensure coordination among all required departments, stakeholders and business partners as required to ensure that products meet customer needs and expectations.
Coordinates with a production team in order to deliver the on-time shipment and ensure daily update on production status, sampling, lab dips information being provided by the merchandisers to the buyer.
Work closely with QA to ensure the best product.
Coordinate with the sample section to ensure proper sample design for the buyer, send the sample on time and follow up on any comments or acceptance of that sample from the buyer.
Proper execution of orders according to planned `Time and Action Plan` to ensure on-time shipment with the right quality and quantity.
Providing leadership and direction to the marketing and merchandising team, ensuring that they are motivated, engaged, and productive.
Supervise the team on proper follow up for on-time shipment from order inquiry to shipment, Inventory and Supply chain planning and ensure the merchandisers are updating the order status, as well as to the customers.
Monitoring the status of approval / per-production / photo samples/delivery and strong ability on Supply chain/backward linkage management.
Ability to understand current market analysis or trends, customer focus, target market and buying psychology as well as have a strong understanding of the products.
Daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting to management on ongoing activities and issues.
Initiate any other task assigned by the management.
