Responsibilities & Context:

Esquire Knit Composite PLC is seeking a smart, energetic, and well-organized individual for the position of Front Desk Executive – Merchandising. The selected candidate will provide administrative and coordination support to the Merchandising Department, maintain required documentation, manage communication, and ensure smooth front desk operations.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, proficiency in MS Office as well as a positive, professional attitude with the ability to work in a fast-paced RMG environment.

Key Responsibilities :

  1. Provide administrative support to the Merchandising Department.

  2. Maintain files, documents, and merchandising records.

  3. Receive and forward emails, courier parcels, and documents to concerned merchandisers.

  4. Coordinate internal communication among all departments through email, mobile phone and PABX.

  5. Maintain sample dispatch and receiving records.

  6. Prepare meeting minutes (MOM) and update order status trackers.

  7. Greet employees, buyers and visitors/guests professionally and maintain visitor logbook.

  8. Arrange rooms for scheduled meetings and hospitality during guest/buyer visits.

  9. Maintain confidentiality of buyer and order-related information.

  10. Any other assigned official task.
