∎ Minimum B.sc in Textile Engineering or Graduate in Any Discipline
Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 12 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan to use maximum capacity of existing dyeing.
∎ Plan to minimize the washing time or preparation time & machine stoppage time.
∎ Monitoring to keep the no. of batch as less as possible for same shade.
∎ Ensure to use a particular machine for dyeing same shade.
∎ Ensure the grey fabrics roll receive from knitting section or other source properly done.
∎ To turn out the tubular fabric to safe the face side of the fabric from any type of friction during dyeing.
∎ Follow up the batch of fabric for dyeing according to the following criteria-Order sheet (Receive from buyer), Dyeing shade, Machine available, Type of fabrics (100% cotton, PC, CVC etc.).
∎ Follow up to send the grey fabric to the dyeing floor with batch card.
∎ Inspect the fabric to ensure they have been finished to the required specifications and no defects are present.
∎ Monitors, supervises & advises to mix the right chemicals and dyes which would use properly in the machines.
∎ To keep records for every previous dyeing.
∎ Any other responsibilities assigned by management from time to time.
